In all my past purchases, I felt duped after each one, thinking I over paid and for some reason, sellers always asked for my max. We are eternally grateful that we chose Nicole to guide us through our home buying process. As first-time buyers, it was a steep learning curve, but Nicole made it all feel manageable. At the start, we didn’t really have a great idea of what kind of house we were looking for. We expressed interest in a number of wildly different listings, and Nicole was happy to patiently take us through each house.
